Jasmine Says....

I have always been passionate about helping people. After becoming a mother myself in 2020, I felt even more compelled to help mothers and their families know what to expect throughout the pregnancy and the birth process and how to best support the mother’s birthing choices. I am excited to  provide the best information, positive support, and care that I can to align with individual birthing preferences for a healthy birthing experience.

As a birth doula, I see my role is to be a companion, part of your birthing team to provide informational, emotional and physical support that helps you and your family prepare for birth including navigating you through practices and protocols of varied birth facilities to effectively communicate your vision for birth to others in the hospital, at home or a birth center.
