Lindsay Says....

My name is Lindsay Hughes and I’m an Upstate native. I attended North Greenville University and graduated in 2006. I’ve been married for 12 years and have a 9 year old son and a 7 year old daughter. I’m a lover of plants, animals, and coffee chats. In my spare time, you can find me working on a craft project, playing a board game, or curled up on the couch binging the latest true crime documentary.

While I’ve been a self-proclaimed “birth nerd” for many years, it wasn’t until a few years ago that I began to consider becoming a birth doula. My friend asked me to attend her birth as the photographer

and through that experience I realized that I wanted to pursue this long-time passion of mine. I love how no two birth stories are the same – just like no two people are the same. I am excited to have the

opportunity to educate and empower families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum!
