Lisa Says....

My name is Lisa Eckhardt. I grew up a midwestern girl and now love living in Upstate South Carolina. I am married to my best friend and have six amazing children. I enjoy traveling, hiking, gardening, rescuing dogs and powerlifting.

Ever since I can remember I have been intrigued by pregnancy and birth. My personal birth stories influenced my choice to become a doula. After my first training I was hooked and enrolled in several more classes. I am passionate about caring for families during pregnancy and birth as well as through their transitioning to a new baby in the family.

I am an advocate for women’s health, postpartum mental and physical health and enjoy helping families through these challenges.
