Benefits of a Postpartum Doula
American Pregnancy Association
Aliza Bancoff, a birth and postpartum doula in Philadelphia and Founder of The International Doula Institute
“In the first few days that moms are at home, all the attention is often on the new baby – which is important and necessary! However, because dads often return to work immediately (or don’t take any time off at all) this often results in moms getting little to no postpartum support. Ultimately, moms suffer because of it. In fact, the whole family does. That’s why the support of a postpartum doula can be invaluable….”
Postpartum Doula Support Services

You should have complete peace of mind when it comes to adjusting to life with a new baby. That is why you will have a Primary Doula and Backup Doulas on your Doula Team. You will have extra confidence in knowing that you have a doula team supporting you and your new baby.
