Feel confident in your body’s ability to make space for birth.
Pregnancy and birth are not just about timing—they’re about balance, space, and baby positioning.
In this engaging, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to work with your body (and your baby!) using the principles of Spinning Babies. These simple, evidence-informed techniques can help your baby find an optimal position for birth—often leading to more comfort in pregnancy and a smoother labor experience.
Why Spinning Babies?
Spinning Babies® focuses on a key idea:
When the body is balanced, the baby can find the best position for birth.
Instead of relying only on interventions, this approach helps you:
- Work with your anatomy, not against it
- Encourage baby’s natural rotation and descent
- Reduce the likelihood of long or difficult labors
- Feel more in control and confident during birth.
A Hands-On, Supportive Experience
This is not a lecture only class.
You and your partner (if attending) will:
- Practice movements together
- Learn supportive techniques in real time
- Ask questions in a relaxed, judgment-free space
Everything is taught in a way that feels approachable—even if this is your first baby.

The ideal time to attend is between 20–34 weeks, but it’s never too late to benefit from these techniques. Most familes wait until the 3rd trimester to take this class so they are more consistent with the at-home techniques they learn in the class.
Group classes are 3 hours and private classes are 2 hours. We will be moving, so be sure to wear comfortable clothes. You are welcome to bring dinner or a snack to eat in the first half hour of class. Be sure to bring water (or beverage of your choice) to stay hydrated.
You will receive a link to the Spinning Babies Parent Portal after the class that includes a Parent Companion Guide, but you may also want to bring a notebook for taking notes.
