Childbirth Classes
Pregnancy is a time of great change as your body grows to accommodate your growing baby; it is a season where parents prepare for the arrival of their precious new blessing. Even though birth is considered a normal body function for women, it is important to prepare for birth emotionally, mentally, mindfully, and physically. Our childbirth classes will help you acquire knowledge that will help you have more confidence during your birth.

You will be in good hands whether you are birthing at the hospital, a birth center, or at home. Your doula will give you peace of mind whether this is your first baby, a rainbow baby, a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean), a planned cesarean, or even if you are already a seasoned mother.
